Used to be quite partial to a drop of mothers ruin. Went right out of fashion but seems to be making a comeback.
Yeah it's not for everyone mate I don't mind a JD either like, depends on the mood. I'll stop drinking all the lagers when I start getting serious about my training again, that might take a while though, 2016 has been a poor showing!
Real ales (all of them) Bottles of Double Maxim, Stella (not the weak ****), Whiskey, particularly single malt but any will do, Vodka, Gin, Rum...Cider every now and again, particularly scrumpy..Apart from that I don't really like many alcoholic drinks..
I like the idea of brewing my own beer for fun but I've been in people's houses when they're doing it and the smell it produces isn't something I'd voluntarily bring into my house.
Not been doing much then? I've got push up bars, kettlebells and a pull up bar, in my garage. I refuse to join a gym, again. To many fannies now. I'm coming along perfectly fine, tbh. I'm eating really well and training about 4 days a week.
I've only been to a gym to lift weights maybe three or four times in my life but I've been lifting at home for more than ten years and I can't complain about results. Some people need the social aspect to get them going but I don't and neither do you by the sounds of it. Training three or four days a week is spot on unless you were getting in shape for a blockbuster film role or something.
Nah I've been training mate, in vain, my diet has been appalling so I might as well not be bothering. I couldn't train at home, I need the big weights for my legs, cardio or plyometrics just doesn't cut the mustard for me. I'm getting my diet sorted slowly but surely but in the corner of my eye I can see Christmas... A total disaster!
and its mega price. £7.50 at Ponteland airport. At least Dick Turpin had the decency to wear a mask the thieving b*stards.
Since going to New York all I want is anything by Brooklyn. Don't sell much of it over here. Kills me.
You get Brooklyn lager quite often in supermarkets now but it is erratic, one of my fav beers no doubt.
Live in Australia mate. You get **** loads of Brooklyn in the UK. There's a few very good bars for it in tracky town.
That summer ale is lush, on tap. My first pint lasted less than 5 minutes. Guinness are doing a few now as well, they do a blonde ale which is nice and Hop House 13 which is ok.
One of my fav beers that I find hard to get is Alhambra a Spanish beer, it smells like what I remember lager smelling like when I was a kid.
On tap Sierra Nevada is soooooo nice, I had a pint of it in a pub in London probabaly the best ever single pint I've ever had.
