Some of the crack during the Rocky V Thunderlips match is funny as out. Paulie with the chair across Thunderlips back, just explodes then paulie looks at the bit wood in his hands, sqaures up to Hogan "I don't sweat you" then gets knocked out, then he's at ringside with Hogas lasses "I don't need this".lol

I watched it earlier today based on your and Norton's recommendation and it was excellent. I like a film that isn't billed as a comedy and focuses on something else but also happens to be funny as ****.

A bit left field, but Rare Exports is a good alternative Christmas film.

I finally got around to seeing Top Gun: Maverick and I must say it's one of the best cinematic experiences I recall. It's a Hollywood blockbuster film done to absolute perfection. It had an excellent balance between nostalgia and action. A great cast, just enough character development to acknowledge that time has moved on but not too much to change what we loved about the original. Miles Teller was superb in my opinion and Jennifer Connolly was perfect to play a person we'd heard about in the original but never met.

It had me smiling from the minute the music started and on the edge of my seat from there on in. 10/10

Just watching some of the Indian Superman film on Amazon and **** me it's bad, funny though. I'm pretty sure the guy playing Superman got the job because he's got his own van and he knows the bloke who owns the wig shop.

Deserves to be the box office hit that it was. It could have been disappointing as a lot of sequels are and there was a lot of pressure and expectation but I think it surpassed all of that and was even better than anticipated.

I thought the parts with Iceman were a good touch and apparently it was one of the things Tom Cruise insisted on?

I said when I first seen it when it came out, nothing will better it in 2022. I thought it was fantastic. Not gonna spoil it, but the one other character in it from the 1st one wasn't meant to be in it as the creater wanted as if everyone had moved on and Mav was the only one stuck in the 80s. There isn't absolutely nothing wrong with any of the film. Miles Teller is quickly become a big star too. Anyone that hasn't watched it, you're missing out.

I read Tom Cruise pushed for it as he wanted him in it and it was a great decision as it was very well done.

The film was fantastic and I'm glad i saw it at the cinema cause I think the big screen and sound system in there added to it.

I don't like Tom Cruise as a person but he is a good actor imo.

It's a TV series mate and from the reviews it is just a "woke" experience from start to finish.

Has been absolutely slated for it mind!

It's series mate. Pretty much continues Mavels narrative that all men are f**kin unless, horrible, supervise and the reason for humanitys problem, and the dinosaurs before that. Pretty much their M.O since End Game. Pretty much there to be ridiculed or the nasty bastard in most things they do these days.

Looks to be a decent one coming out shortly, can’t even find it on the dodgy box <disclaimer- I haven’t got one>
Gang of four break into a stately home where they are tasered, petrol poured over them, and have to run for their lives.
    Looks canny!

Recently watched Thirteen Lives on Amazon Prime.
Its the true story of those kids in Thailand who got stuck in the cave and how they were rescued.
Its a fantastic watch. Highly recommended.

The book is miles better if you're an 80's kid. I was appalled watching the film but realised it would have been cack for anyone not a teen in the 80's. The massive car race for the first key in the film replaced a load of 80's nostalgia no one would get unless they lived it.

Halliday the gadgie that left the money was meant to have been born the same year as me, it's canny depressing that fictional characters the same age are dying in the death zone in the not too distant future :emoticon-0120-doh::emoticon-0102-bigsm
