It was actually,my uncle was a big cheese there at the time,all the cars got weighed coming in and out but us pedestrians just filled our pockets and avoided the weighing bridge.
Partial to most choc. bars and sweets however once met a delightful young lady who loved a Galaxy Ripple straight from the fridge!
I always wondered if anyone liked those rank coffee Revels and now I know. The Russian Roulette advert summed it up nicely.
Anyone remember the Galaxy counters that used to come in a white pack with a giraffe on it? We would be talking 1970's so all you hipsters can sit this one out.

Demolished half a packet of Caramel Hobnobs from straight out the fridge last night. Still living la vida loca.
I like to freeze a Cadburys Flake before smashing it into tiny pieces with a rolling pin. I then sprinkle said pieces over vanilla ice cream. Yum!
Anyone remember Logger bars? They were great.
If you happen to know any dwarves, give them a normal size Mars bar and they’ll think it’s a king size one. Conversely, normal Mars bars makes great fun size treats for giants.
