    Zinedine Zidane*

    Great player indeed.

Pretty sure that Messi will go down as one of the worlds greatest players through all time when his career is over......

I saw Banks and Waggy in the same game (thats Gordon not Frankie) 6th round cup tie at Boothferry Park.
We went 2 up then lost 2-3 in the end, I was bitterly dissapointed at the time but looking back it was a fantastic game and a brilliant atmosphere BP was rocking when Waggy put that second goal past Banksie.

Apart from Waggy i was thrilled to see Dennis Law play against City in the Watney Cup, some guy called Best played as well.
The one player whom i admired but never saw play live was Jim Baxter, but i console myself because i saw Vinny Grimes.

The best player I ever saw playing for City was Alex Dyer. For the short time he was with us I felt like we had a chance of beating any team we came up against and his goals gave us the double over Leeds that season.

Yes Bergkamp, he is up there with the very, very best. Saw him a few times at Highbury when I lived nearby, such skill and such a light touch; brilliant.
