If there is evidence of widespread corruption then they should sack the whole governing body. Just have a complete clear out of every one of them, then they can draw a line in the sand and start again with complete guidelines for everyone to sign up to. the FA, the managers the players and the slimy little agents. Every thing above board, all transfers transparent, no more back handers. done.
