    I swear it was the West Ham chairman, in an interview the other day, said something along the lines of "A general rule of thumb in football, if you're given 20 Million, you spend 21" Talking about money gained from the league placings etc. Wonder when he'll realise it's things like that which are why Rangers currently play in the pits.

    A general rule of thumb in football is that clowns like them shouldn't be allowed to own clubs, but they are. <ok>
