Can't find it now but apparently in his time at Norwich he wasn't scared to give youth their chance and more importantly, wasn't scared to drop a player if he didn't think they weren't trying, allegedly he fell out with a few at BM last season because of it.

Certainly I feel a bit better now we our coach in place and his coaching staff with him. One it stops all the rumours about the 49rs holding things up, clearly waiting on EFL ratification.
