Rumour has it that Etheridge is off to the Hammers, I have to say 7 million quid is to good an offer to turn down based on his performances this season, so take the money quickly NH an invest wisely.
Defiantly not the best keeper we've had over the last few years, however he had a great season in the PL and saved us from embarrassing scoreline on a number of occasions.
Not sure what's happened to him this season, clearly not the same player after his injury , but I for one wish him the very best if the story is true of course.

Reading mixed reports at the moment. Hope we dont get greedy and it does go through.
We've got enough cover in that department.
Just hope we dont fritter it away on journeyman strikers.

No way I would have sold him at the start of this season...but would now! He had his head turned at the start of PL season and can’t distribute a ball with his feet for toffee! Greedy bastards...these footballers...never satisfied. I had my head turned when I was with Ninian Spurs back in the day....remember getting pulled off due to distractions! Was in fabulous form with 19 clean sheets last time in Championship! :emoticon-0103-cool:
