1974 West Germany 2-1 Netherlands, after the Netherlands I believe took a 0-1 lead. The competition had countries such as Zaire, Haiti and East Germany participating. West Germany if memory serves me correct were drawn to play East Germany early in the competition and East Germany pulled off a shock result, I think the game ended 0-0.
