Colback comes off the bench first. If a defender doesn't play and a striker is 1st priority on the bench...the striker comes on ahead of any defender that is a lower priority sub.

No mate I've only got 3 defenders in first team and two didn't play so if Gayhill doesn't play in chavs second game I get Williams and Shawcross as Colbeck is midfielder. Can't ever end a game week with less than 3 defenders even if none of them play <ok>

4th in the League so far with Lampard & Cole & Harte to play their second game.
2nd in the Banter League as well.
Destroying MITO in th H2H 51-15

Good solid start me thinks.

I cannot believe Nasmith was brought on for the last minute. If he had not come on Michu would have come off the bench! Bloody Moyes.

Are you Dave Hallam? I posted this earlier...

Everyone above me have had all their team members play already. Except Dave Hallam's 'Jimmy Riddles Pipers' who has Rio and Naismith to play tonight. If one of them doesn't play then Michu will come of the bench for him and he will most likely clinch top spot. <grr>

Didn't realise you only had 3 defenders. Bet you're gutted! <laugh>

Yes and yes.

Would like to kick Moyes in the shin for that one, still its a marathon and not a sprint etc.

I should have known Moyes would do that, he did it with Jalavic last season to help him get up to speed.

Still if the season continues like this it will make the oppotunity for more 'differential' players. Usually after a few weeks there are the standard performers (silva, RVP, Rooney) who everyone has in their team. However if you have teams like Fulham banging 5 past teams then there will be plenty of cheaper alternatives. Should make for a very interesting season.

I read that Michu was the highest scoring midfielder in La Liga last season. I thought about putting him in my team but thought Kagawa and Yaya were too good to leave out. I have a decision to make. <ok>

I'd leave it as it is now If I was you mate. You're just gonna regret it if Kagawa does well next game, which he should with Van Persie probably starting and Man Utd being at home needing a win to keep up with City and wanting to put City under pressure going to Anfield.

That said I know **** all so my advice is probably useless <laugh>

Just pulled Giroud out for Tevez though. It may or may not work out but I think Giroud will be edged into the team slowly while Tevez will be the main man for a couple of weeks at least with Aguero out.

I can see that happening too. I'm contemplating Yaya, he's a great player but not a prolific goal scorer. Might get a few assists though. I could swap for Joe Allen and lose £1m of my £3m in the bank and go for someone else other than RVP for Torres?

I need Ramires to play against Reading, or for Mata to score a couple, if I want to claim top spot.

I am 4 points down for next week, as I really need to ship my 3 Liverpool players out, and fast <whistle>

Still have Ramires, Cole, Lamp (c), and Pogrebnyak to play still. <ok>
