    was thinking of enterting an Ex Liverpool team to see how well they would do.

    Whitbread was released by Norwich a few weeks ago and is now with Leicester City.

    And Daniel Ayala was sent out on loan to Forest from Norwich a couple of weeks ago. So you wouldn't be able to use him.
