I suggested it on another thread, so let's see how this goes. Basically, with the increasing number of pay drivers on the grid, the challenge is to pick the 22 drivers who you'd like to see in F1. The only rule is that they must have taken part in a full season of motorsport last season. The aim of this is to concentrate on current drivers, because if you open it up to a "top 22 drivers of all time", then you have the obvious complications of comparing eras.
If you want to arrange drivers into teams, go for it, but it's not essential. Teams also don't have to be purely F1, so if you'd rather see what would happen if the Audi Le Mans outfit decided to concentrate on F1, with a line-up of Juan Pablo Montoya and Dario Franchitti, then that's your call.
