If I understand correctly, the Navas deal will go through as the window in England only closes at 6pm today. But the de Gea move stalled as United only sent the papers at 00:01 and so Madrid have only 1 keeper now..
What I'm hearing is that both Keepers will return to their clubs as they were both involved in the one deal. Welcome Back David #awkward
That would make the most sense. I don't know what will become of David but I think it's a fitting end to what's been a chaotic and uncertain transfer deadline day for United fans (not done yet). I miss the days where United used to be a well run outfit under Ferguson and Gill. But this is a lot more fun for sure.
No-one knows anymore! It reminds me of the time those fake agents showed up with pizza claiming to be interested in Herrera.
Seems Madrid are trying to send proof that the deal was completed at 23:59... probably should go through now.
We signed him a week after the deadline But in his case there were mitigating circumstances as the Russian club were unable to send their side of the agreement. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...ds-spare-Jon-Smith-paid-1-2million-money.html
Now hearing that United did in fact send the doccies through on time but the file was in a format the officials at Madrid couldn't open. What were they using Windows 95?
