    Not disingenuous in the slightest. Ultimately these are legal decisions.
    Put McCrindle on the stand and ask him 3 questions and the summation you can give is that the chief officer of Focus who offers direction and guidance to officers is an unreasonable man when it comes to affecting that legislation. Not only is he unreasonable but he is prejudiced in respect of people he deals with in his line of work and is unable to stand over the things he says.

    Everyone under his charge must have their decisions cast into doubt as a result of that.

    So no. I am not being disingenuous. Rather exploting another area where this legislation has not been working.

    In my opinion, this topic has been done to deaf (ears)...

    It's the same points being made over and over again.

    Legislation = ****e
    Some supporters = fannies

    Not606 users = fannies

    If you want to continue to "debate" it, create a new thread but I dont really see the point.
