As a favour to you all I have designed this simple test and scoring system so you can see if you are a true fan of the club. The point system is non negotiable and the answer is final. Regards DS:
Criteria:
Holds season ticket: +15
Is planning to renew: +10
Attends all Home games without a season ticket: +20
Does not have season ticket but attends over 12 games a season: +10
Does not have a season ticket but attends over 6 Home games a season: +5
Does not have season ticket and plans to attend over 10 Games this season: +7
Is proud of the town and is clear to state this to outsiders: +3
Makes excuses on internet forum for not having a season ticket: - 5
Has held a season ticket for over three seasons: +5
Travels to at least three away games a season: +7
Can actually sing the Rickie Lambert song correctly: +2
Did not cringe when they first heard the Lee Banard song: -1
Hates Portsmouth: +2
Dislikes Portsmouth: +1
Doesn’t care: 0
Likes Portsmouth -3
Makes Purchases of Southampton Merchandise of over £50 per annum: +2
Is over 18 and wears Southampton Kit abroad on holiday: - 1
Wears Southampton “SFC“ embroided “smart “Shirt on a night out: -2
Has brought and read at least 2 Southampton FC related Southampton FC books: +1
Purchases food and drink at the Stadium: +1
Likes food and drink at the stadium: - 1
Has Southampton Tattoo: -10 (reduce to minus 5 if seriously regrets tattoo)
Invaded Pitch after the Sheffield Utd game: +2 (note you are excluded from these points if you invaded the pitch after the Burnley game.)
Invaded Pitch after the Burnley Game : - 2
Only went to the Man U and linked game last season: -20
Leaves early: - 5
Joins in Mexican wave: -1
Bonus points:
Takes Family or has convinced friend(s) to regularly watch Southampton FC: +3
Travels over 30 miles to ground: + 3
Travellling across water (not including bridges) to get to SMS: 1.5
Has not used the ignore function on me: +1
Travels to all Away games: +20
Travels to over 10 Away games: +15
Penalty points:
Caring about those “Bars, level up, Achievement” section to the left of this post: - 10
Taking an instrument (s) or any gimmicky noise maker into a football ground: - 20
Above 60: A geek and probable loaner
Above 40: Loyal and well respected fan of Southampton FC
Above: 30: Fan of Southampton FC
Above 20: A supporter
Above 10: An acquaintance of Southampton FC
Above 0 – 10: Not worthy of a title

.... But a little confused how certain ones deduct points?????? IE - Why would having a saints tat lose points..... not that i have one
