I'll go with the flow, and put up whoever the collective decides, but for now I'll bank an early one for Gerrez :)

Must be the quietest game ever... Some posters have not posted a single thing (I think), Three Dog can you confirm that everyone has PM'd you at least once during this game?
 
"Goooooooooooooooood morning Megaton, what a goddam night last night. First the explosion - did you hear that sh*t?!? Sounded like it came from ACS's place - lucky for Albert he was in the saloon at the time, I think there's one or two more shacks behind Excrement Alley, pick one up later today. Obituaries time - first I got some really bad news. There are two folks no longer breathing in our peaceful town this morning. Less Hope Than Neville was found slumped in the corner of his room today, looked like a professional job according to Mister Orderly, the robotic coroner. Worse than that, Sir Tennisball's head was found in his neighbours garden having been blown clean from his body in the middle of the night. Professional shot, no doubt, RIP you guys. Enjoy the sunshine, have a great day and try not to get irradiated, eaten, blown up, assassinated or expelled from our community.

If yes, woof three times after post by investigated person if human and growl after post by person if synth.

I took the wording to mean they were town;

There are two folks no longer breathing in our peaceful town

I might have made an incorrect assumption though, but that's how I read it.
