With Torres it was more frustration, he had showed glimpses of ***ness at Liverpool (***ness = his skills diminishing), and I perfectly believe the same thing would have happened if he had stayed at Pool. One injury too many.
Coupled with a ****ty start at CFC and his confidence just got sapped.
The frustration was because we couldn't ****ing unload him.

I don't think our set up helped Torres either. We continued to play with him the way we did with Drogba. Torres doesn't want to be contesting 60 yard kicks from Cech.
Still, that goal in the Nou Camp changes his legacy somewhat.
