He left West Ham because he had a clause in his contract saying he could leave for free if they were relegated - i'd have left! Wouldn't want to play in the Championship if I was Premiership quality. Apparently he's made almost a full recovery, he still has some mild discomfort but that's it. He'd be worth a bid at 10m, and he's only on 40k, Arsenal could easily offer him 60 and I'm sure he'd take it!
