Morning Munky, I have to take water tablets along with all the other carp that I'm on, so I'm pretty much chained to the loo for the first two or three hours of the day!
I nearly always get up between 5 and 6 am, but I'm usually in bed by 10.30 most nights! Old habits are hard to break!
