    KFC didn’t serve me today for not providing proof of my medical condition that meant I wasn’t wearing a face mask. I’m not sure who these poxy shop assistants think they are.

    Complaint sent to head office.

    KFC update:

    They have sent me an apology and an offer of a free £10 voucher for any of their restaurants.

    I don’t feel this is good enough after the distress that I have suffered. Reply sent back.
