    That's what I thought Jock, but Traore's attitude at Norwich stank to high heaven. He stopped tracking back, and Hughes substituted him immediately. Stalked off in a huff, thought he must have been injured, apparently not. I think he can't cope with the competition. Shame as a few times last year he was truly exciting going forward.

    Thought Bosingwa did well yesterday.

    Yeh, I thought Bosingwa did well, also he is better going forward though! He lost the ball in bad positions a couple of times which is why a lot of Scum fans got on his back.

    Full back is the position that seems to have changed most over the last 20 years. When I first started watching these were primarily defensive positions. Ian Gillard was great, but he rarely got more than five yards over the half way line before launching it diagonally across the pitch. Dave Clement overlapped a bit more, but nothing like as much as top class FBs are expected to now. They must be phenomenally fit, defending and being auxiliary wingers. Getting the balance right is a difficult trick.
