Mate the hysteria is never warranted. Its always way overboard, and it nearly always proves to be way overboard. I don't mind a moan about transfers etc but people were just telling blatant lies. We had people saying we had the worst squad in the league, we were favourites for relegation, guaranteed to go down, lies about our spending generally etc etc. It was utter bullshit. This hysteria is every ****ing window and its counter productive. It doesn't actually achieve anything either under this owner because he doesn't care and he only spends when he wants to. Its not like he bought Almiron because Rafa was threatening to leave or he was worried what the fans thought. Its always a calculated move based on what he thinks the club can afford, what will add value to his asset.
