Honestly? The affair happened, read the transcripts of the attempted injunction. The papers are apologising for the character assassination of Vanessa Peronncel in their subsequent reporting of it, such as her "abortion" and the like. Can you not see that? Possibly not with one eye.

It doesn't say there was no affair, it describes the terrible way she was treated by the press scum. It very pointedly says it is not discussing whether she had an affair with Terry, because it is private. It talks about the stuff SW6 was talking about - the lies about abortions, working her way thru the Chelsea squad etc. It has nothing to say about the "affair". And did Terry sue because he was the one maligned if you are right?

Think we are getting slightly off topic. Why did it openly come out that Chelsea had reported Clattenberg to the FA about his conduct within hours of the Utd match? Why make it public at all that fast? Facts take time to come out. Unless I'm mistaken it was a Chelsea leak to the press that this happened, which, if true, should bring about an apology for that. As for them, what else could they do but report it to the FA? Black, white, Asian, etc, etc. if anyone was racist to anyone, it should be investigated by the FA in a discreet manner, and only after any facts have been established should it be made clear and transparent. Otherwise you end up with Clattberg is a rat statements.
Ask the Premier League because Chelsea reported it to the Premier League Official Assessor at the match and no one else. After an internal look it was reported 6 days later to the FA under their rules requiring Chelsea to do so.
Then whoever leaked it is a ****ing idiot. This situation with racism is starting to get out of control. I don't think Clattenberg, Terry, Suarez or anyone else is actually racist, but they (well apart from Clattenberg who is guilty of nothing except bad refereeing) probably no doubt said some dumb ****. They should be looking at what they did wrong through the scandals instead of just blindly mess up the next one.

So the FA's conviction rate is higher than China's courts which was harsh on JT but Clattenburg was found to have no case to answer which is harsh on Chelsea/Mikel/Ramires/whoever. Seriously, always the victim.
