Just got back from watching the James Bond movie, sounds like I would have got more excitement watching the 0 - 0 draw today.

Perhaps he's been watching games through rose-tinted Spectre-cals?

    YES, YES YES!

BRISTOL ROVERS 0 CHESHAM UNITED 1

I'm in heaven! How good it is to follow a team that is winning Cup matches!

Hopefully will have a televised game in the next round to add to the coffers. Today has taken this seasons FA Cup winnings to £58,000.

Fantastic result for Chesham, a proper giant-killing. Well done Whitehawk thrashing Lincoln 5-3.

Maidenhead draw at Port Vale, three divisions higher and Brackley come from two down to hold Newport. Aldershot hold Bradford, something Chelsea couldn't manage last season and Braintree hold Oxford. Non-League football is really making it's mark this season...

A brave try from Didcot Town. Held Exeter 0-0 at half time. Lost 0-3 in the end. Could have equalised before Exeter's 2nd and a volley was brilliantly put onto the bar by the Exeter keeper. They just didn't have enough in the final third, but quite an occasion to attend.

Hopefully their replay will be televised. I believe I read somewhere that they are one of the original eight teams that entered the very first FA Cup back in 1871...

I think Sooperhoop that Maidenhead & Marlow have been present in every FA Cup competition.

York Road should be quite full for the replay.

Glad you enjoyed the day Col. Perhaps some of the "earnings" will filter down to the youth level! It was a hell of an achievment for Didcot to get this far.
The lowest ranked club in the round.

The club have said that is exactly what will happen with some of the money Tel. It was a great day for the club, with 2,700 there (around 600 from Exeter apparently). At 0-1 down Didcot had a great chance to level but no one could take the opportunity.
Exeter were deserved winners and very sportingly gave the Didcot players a "guard of honour" as they left the pitch at the end.
