The full time one fair enough, but the multiple ones in the one corner after the second goal? They were hopeless.
Funny to see loads of coppers stood there looking self important in front of the West Brom fans who had no intention of going on the pitch whilst there were a load of stewards in front of one stand behind the goal but only a handful in front of the Holte End. Not the best bit of planning.
I think you will agree they should look at it, rescind the red card and throw the book at the prat who was responsible for getting a player who had done nothing sent off.
To be fair... The exact same thing happened when we played Cardiff final game of the season before being promoted with some of our fans spilling in early.
At least that game truly meant something. this was quarter final ffs.
To be fair I think the pricks who first invaded that day thought the ref had blown for full time instead of giving us a penalty.
We invaded at this stage last season at home to Sunderland albeit at full time.
I'm not defending them but we've done it too and I don't understand what's actually there to criticise. They're having a **** season and that's the only but of success they've had.
Shocking comments from the BBC1 criticizing exuberant Villa supporters displaying passion and excitement at going to Wembley, and some on here, it's hard to keep a lid on it with 5 mins extra time against a rival from down the road. Yes pitch invasions should be on the final whistle but the tradition on reaching Wembley should not be sanitised, Ferriby did the same last week, and it's a good distraction for me of our relegation rivals.
