priceless ... haven't moaned once about not winning .. just pointed out that a ref got a penalty decision wrong ... which now seems to be universally accepted by all but a few bitter spuds (and the odd mickey taking WUM) ... but how ironic that someone with a board name scornfully mocking a former referee is unable to concede a poor refereeing decision against his own team ... perhaps you couldn't see properly for shadows?
1st page of general FA Cup chat, then 9 pages of Spurs v Leicester blethering.

Note that you can't actually discuss the photographic evidence, which clearly shows him looking right at the ball just before he moves his hand to it.

yes - 'clearly' the game was played in slow motion stills 
... all the 'experts' including Kevin Kilbane - who you were very quick to quote when he initially thought it was a pen - conceded that, on seeing it played back, it was obvious that Dyer had no idea where the ball was ... ergo he couldn't possibly have intended to handle it ... so no penalty ... but keep at it .... never really understood the term 'delusional spuds' until now ..... gonna get awfully cold in that shadow ... something tells me that you are going to be there for a very long time ... although you'll no doubt convince yourselves that it's just a passing cloud rather than a total eclipse

... or you'll have to invest in an allotmant like I have ... be warned it's more work than you think ... I was hoping that the tubers I planted would turn out to be King Edwards or at least Maris Pipers ... but despite piling heaps of manure on top, all I've got for my troubles is a couple of small salad potatoes and a disctinctly anemic Charlotte 
Watch this video from 3:48 of the penalty incident. You can clearly see that Dyer was turning around using his arms for balance and the natural force of his arm caught the ball. There was no intent, his arm was in a natural position and it didn't move towards the ball in a manner to deliberately handball it. It's simply an accidental handball caused by the direction of his motion.

I thought he was trying to get his arm across the other players chest and challenge for the ball, no intent there though.

Going by the definition it's not a penalty. I personally think the rule is wrong though and there shouldn't have to be intent for it to be a foul, extreme example but if a shot hit an arm on the goal line but it was unintentional it should still be a penalty imo.

If Leicester were any good, they would have had the ball and the penalty would not have happened.
