I gotta say it yet again. Gayle is ****ing awful. He stands offside flapping his arms waiting for the world's greatest through balls to appear in front of him. He doesn't move, he offers nothing. He's so ****ing ****. I'd happily see him sold with no replacement, tbh. I'd much, much rather Perez were up front.

Worryingly find myself nodding to Pouchy. The exiles seem to be trying harder than the regulars. Or maybe they're better players. Either way it's an area where Rafa doesn't cover himself with glory.

But they're not markedly worse than Manquillo, Diame, etc. It's a dreadful squad.

Hmmmm, Haidaras first start in a very long time against the league champions and has done far more than any other fullback we have. Still not great, I know but still.

Same with Saivet - has done better than Hayden and Diame.
