I blame BBC: always the same when they say this:

  • Burnley 0-1 Tottenham

Into the last 30 minutes at Turf Moor and the hosts don't look like getting back in the game. Spurs are well on top.

Burnley using their remaining subs. Ings and Boyd off, Sordell and Wallace on.
All attacking players.

One of my clients supplies VPN access for Brits abroad. Perhaps I could get them to do a deal for Not606 members if there's enough interest. Won't help tonight though obviously.
Would that be better than usual way of getting streams? Would it have helped today? Don't know an awful lot about these things. How would it be different to normal streaming methods?

Not a good sign that Pochettino's not confident about using the third sub in this position.
Squad definitely needs a little bit of tweaking.

Sounds like we finished strongly... too late. What a pointless game, I feel for our fans who made the trip.

Can't comprehend why the Burnley fans weren't remotely interested in going to the game. For our fans it was a 14 hour round trip on a Monday night, for theirs it's a 10 minute walk down the road.

Who had the bright idea of playing on Monday night? While we've had problems all year playing against teams that sit back (as do most teams, really), zero atmosphere doesn't help. What I don't understand is why the replay is not at WHL. I though replays always switched grounds.

They do. It is, isn't it?

Vokes goal. Looks like Vertonghen gets drawn out to the left, Davies goes to fill in, Verts easily gets done for pace by Trippier, Davies finds himself doing basically nothing, neither going to the man or marking Vokes behind him (not sure he even noticed him) and Vokes ends up with loads of space in the middle of the area.

When's the replay likely to be?

Think it has to be next week. Sheff Utd is the week after.

Edit: Ah, Blue and White's done it properly. I did mean midweek, obviously :D
