Close to another sell out today. Only about 1000 tickets left so could be close with tickets sold on the day. Very strong turnout for a L2 FA cup opener.

is that just in the parts which are open or have they opened them up due to popular demand?

As always I will be hoping for us to score an early goal swiftly followed by a second to give my heart a well deserved rest after a morning of post Christmas/new year cleaning and making a bloomer loaf (by hand), which is currently in the oven.
Also hoping that all the fringe players called up give a good account of themselves and give RM something to think about when picking the squad for the next league match.

Don't think they've opened the full ground. Chapel corners definitely aren't.

20k+ would be a great crowd though. Hopefully get a performance the support deserves.

Ah that would be why! I was shocked to see it almost sold out so this makes sense.

Happy with that team. Good mix of youth and squad players. Very glad to see KWP, Arma, Stu and Downes rested.

That team really should have no issues winning today.

Happy with that team except I'd have started Baz.

Should be enough to get the job done there. Hoping for SAA to force his way into contention for league starts during January.

So does this confirm that McCarthy (one of our highest earners) is our third choice keeper?

I had assumed him not being the matchday squad recently was down to injury. But maybe not.

Anyway, I'm happy with that XI.

McCarthy has been involved in the keeper warm ups so I didn't think he was injured.

This is another reason why a cup run is good. It allows Martin to give opportunities to youth players without much risk.

Now its up to them to take it. Same for Mara, he won't start over Arma or Che in the league so today is huge for him.

Looking to watch the game on Saints Play and looking at the next 3 games, only audio pass is available. Does anyone know why there is no video pass available?

If in the UK, 3pm blackout rules apply.

Yeah a massive game for Mara. He's shows quite a lot in recent cameos from the bench so I'm quite hopeful he'll get on the score sheet today.

Does being on our bench cup tie him at all?
Surely a player we will be looking to shift this window
