Very doubtful apparently, twinged his hamstring at Spurs. That's a blow for them, as his pace could have hurt you imo.
No it's not. It's down to our attitude on the day- we should have enough to beat them no matter what they do as long as we play to our potential. And Sakho is out for another fortnight, as far as I'm aware.
It is all about who hits the "zone" first. Like you, I can see Villa scoring if they are in that zone and Benteke gets going. We could be out of it within the first 20-30 minutes. If it is 0-0 until the second half, we should be able to get past them. If we get the first goal, we should win comfortably.
I'd agree Have not seen it for a long while though Everything went our way yesterday A win today and we can play last league games with a bounce in our step and a cup final starting place for best players so..... Fingers crossed I saw villa 5/1 yesterday that's ridiculous

The ECHO understands the Brazilian midfielder damaged his thigh during a training session this week and the decision has been taken that he won't be involved in the capital. The loss of Lucas is a major blow for boss Brendan Rodgers with the holding midfielder having been influential in the recent wins over Blackburn and Newcastle. Lucas did travel with the rest of the squad to London but Reds medical staff expect him to be sidelined for one to two weeks. Missing out on the showdown with Villa will be a devastating setback for Lucas, who was forced to sit and watch Liverpool's three trips to Wembley during the 2011/12 season as he recovered from rupturing his cruciate ligament. LIVE: FULL COVERAGE OF SEMI-FINAL HERE In the build up to the semi-final the 28-year-old had spoken about his excitement at the prospect of finally gracing the national stadium. “I’ve played at the Maracana a few times but never at Wembley,’ he said. “I have been dreaming about it, to be honest. I’ve been at Liverpool so long.” Lucas' absence is likely to mean a start for captain Steven Gerrard, who is available after serving his three-match suspension. Daniel Sturridge (hip) and Adam Lallana (groin) are unlikely to feature against Villa, while Jordon Ibe is cup tied. http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/liverpool-fc-v-aston-villa-9074411
BBC aren't interested when two Prem clubs play in the cups, they want the underdog games so they can show clips from the 1970/80s
