    Here is the up to date league table after the completion of the quarter final stage. A real luxury for me not to have to worry about replays. Only 2 of us got all 4 winners. Charlie's maximum score lifted him up into first place, the other perfect score was by Canary Dave. We now move on to a points system based on actual scorelines after 90 mins. so the equal signs should disappear.

    Thanks Cologne, not a bad weekend in the prediction leagues, still in the top ten of the WPL and now a one off appearance at the top of this league. I have great fun participating in both these leagues, thank you once again Cologne for all your hard work in organising and running them.

    Here are our fixtures for the semi final stage. We now move onto a scoring system based on the scoreline after normal time (90 mins.) - what happens in extra time is irrelevant (at least to us). Tipping exactly the right scoreline eg Chelsea v Southampton 0-7 gets you 160 points. The wrong scoreline correct result eg. 2-1 against 3-0, earns 40 points. The right score difference eg. 1-0 against 2-1 earns 80 points. Correctly tipping a draw (wrong scoreline) eg. 1-1 against 2-2 wins 80 points. The matches are being played over the weekend of 21st/22nd April, both at Wembley stadium.
