I will set this up. Anyone who wants to join in just post your predictions when I have set them out
Rules are the same as last time I did it
There are 6 rounds left in the FA Cup. Participants will predict a winner for each tie in each round - only the ultimate winner of the tie - no scores and it does not matter if the tie goes to a replay or not.
In Round 3 there are 32 matches so you will predict 32 results and score 10 points for each correct winner.....Max score is 32x10 = 320 points
In round 4 there are 16 matches so you will predict 16 results and score 20 points for each correct winner......Max score is 16x20= 320 points
In round 5 there are 8 matches so you predict 8 results and score 50 points per winner................................Max score is 8x50= 400 points
In the Quarter Finals there are 4 matches so 4 predictions at 100 points per winner......................................Max score is 4x100= 400 points
In the 2 semi- finals you get 250 points per correct winner............................................ ............................Max score 500 points
In the final you get 500 points for the winner............................................ .............................................. Max score 500 points
One last thing FOR THE FINAL ONLY you must predict the actual scoreline after 90 minutes.
Correct score earns 60 points; correct score difference (e.g you said 2-1 and it is 3-2 you score 30 points ..........Max score 60 points
For this if the top 3 are within 60 points of each other they MUST predict different scores - first come first served
So in total there are 2,500 points up for grabs
All predictions must be in by the deadlines I will post
To predict put an H or an A next to the match - remember you are predicting which team you think will win through the round with or without a replay so for example
for Leicester v Newcastle you will either put
Leicester v Newcastle H if you think Leicester will be in the next round or
Leicester v Newcastle A if you think it will be Newcastle
- doesnt get much simpler than that does it
If I think of any more rules needed I will add them later
