It's going to be near on impossible to get a ticket for this.... Managed to get club wembley for the semi final but not sure if I'll be able to again. Does anyone know of anyone that won't be using their club wembley seats?

Only 25k allocated for Arsenal <yikes> We took double that to the semi

Nothing's changed, the allocation for the final has always been around 25k.
I'll be going, I'll probably end up paying around £600 for a ticket and some dirty ****ing agency owned and run by wrong 'uns will have made a fortune at my expense but at least I'm guaranteed a ticket, and sadly if anyone (even season ticket holders) us to guarantee themselves a ticket to the game they'll have to do the same.

As for the OP, best of luck buddy....

Confident of beating us?
Why shouldn't we be? You leaked 3 goals against a Division 1 club and we, despite missing many key guys who'll be back by the final, beat the team that beat City. We're player for player better in every position and have a better manager. If we lose it'll be down to us ****ing up not you actually turning up.

Ahhh f*** it we'll turn up anyway :) we leaked 3 yes but most of the season our defence has been pretty solid to the point that some are saying Curtis Davies even be included in the squad to Brazil, he's been a rock all season, no we're not getting ahead of ourselves just Brucie has worked wonders with nothing to lose really, the pressures on Arsenal

if i were running the FA, i'd cut the corporate seats massively, sod the financial implications.

The FA have said countless times that the way the construction of the new stadium was financed it had to hold more events and sell more season tickets (club Wembley, of which there are 17k !), it's the price that's being paid for having a state of the art stadium.

I don't know if it's still the same but I remember many years ago playing for a fairly average side from Hampshire who entered the FA Cup, we got beat 8-0 in the millionth qualification round and the team that beat us lost 5-1 in the next round, yet we were given 2 cup final tickets for taking part in the competition.
I know a (now retired) top level referee well and he told me every FL official is given 2 tickets, then you have sponsors who must also receive wads of tickets, overseas football associations must also get a few as I'm sure it's an annual for them as I'm sure there is for our reps.
You can see how easy it is for 30k+ tickets to be taken away from club allocation.

What upsets me is that despite it being illegal so many of these tickets fall into the hands of agencies who sell them at ridiculously inflated prices, as I said in a previous post, this is how I'll be seeing the game but paying £600 for a £70/£80 ticket has to be wrong in anyone's language, yet it's considered a perfectly legitimate industry....

The FA Cup used to be seen as the centre piece of the football season and consequently the final was used as a celebration of football. As you say all teams that enter the FA Cup receive an allocation of tickets. Many years ago a guy that owned a cleaning firm that did contract work where I worked was involved with the North Wales Coast FA and he went to the cup final every year. It's just sad that so many tickets will end up on the black market. So much for touting of tickets for football matches being illegal.
