Hopefully those figures will also help wave 2 fingers into the faces of those(FA / PL big clubs reportedly) who want to scrap the replays.

I put us down for a 1-0 win this weekend on the predictions, Arsenal have a lot on at the moment with the League and playing Barca so it's possible we might fly under their radar a bit. A few of our lads like Diame will want to show what they can do after being out of the limelight for a while.

Do you think he won't play then? I have a feeling Bruce will put out a strong team at the Emirates, against Man City he picked Hernandez surprisingly ahead of Luer. Bruce always strikes me as a manager who takes the FA Cup seriously going on the games I've been to, still fairly annoyed this is away as have been to every Cup match at home this season

Replays definitely help the smaller sides but scraping replays hasn't damaged the League Cup. Less fixtures can only be a good thing for teams concerned for keeping players fresh.
I don't think that Diame will get a chance. Even a bench place maybe a no no for Mo Mo.
Steve Bruce told Burnsy pre / post match on Tuesday that he would be making 11 changes. Subject to fitness of course.
PL clubs have 25 man squads so that argument has no legs at all. If the big clubs don't want anymore fixtures then just play the kids in round 3.

I don't see anytime soon FAC replays being scrapped. The majority want them to stay.
Cant see us putting nowhere near a full strength side out not with another two games coming up Tuesday and Friday.
Regardless of the 25 in the squad, if you want to win as many games as possible you play your best 11 as much as possible. Rotation and squads in that case are irrelevant.
Bigger sides "just playing the kids" in some sort of attempt to get eliminated is worse than removing replays.
I thought Anne Diamond was still out of action? Maybe playing Hernandez at Man City scared him enough not to do it again. I won't bet money on it but I think Diame might figure in this one still
Nah he's back again. He's been on the bench hasn't he? We don't have any injuries as far as I'm aware.
