That is, actually, a very important point.

A lot of the minnows who get drawn at home to a big club, are motivated to scrape a draw in anticipation of playing at the larger ground. I'm sure that a lot of the "magic" of the Cup, for players of the smaller sides, is to be able to tell their grandchildren, "I played at White Hart Lane, in the Cup!" or "We smashed the Spanners at a two-thirds empty Olympic Stadium."

Why would you want to take that away from these players?

Still, doesn't allow much if any time to get to the game from work, especially in a culture which tends to start and finish late
