My goals for one of my selected teams, bearing in mind i cannot choose Man City or Manchester United in this bit is;

Millwall with 2 goals

Therefore they need to score 1, 2 or 3 goals for me to win the two points, if Millwall score 3 goals, i still only get 2 points as per my prediction.

Looks like the new rules have mixed it up nicely a bit, be interesting to see how it works out with the points.
 
grumpygit goes joint 2nd with Resurgam as they try to close the gap on gioblues. While geoffthegills was confiscated by the AFC Wimbledon stewards <whistle> guess he forgot to post.

itstimupnorth scored the most points (6) - clearly understanding the back stop conditions more than most <laugh>

Although I need to rethink the rules, applying the chance of more points in the next round - I would have asked this house for sugggestions, but after watching the state of Parliament, putting something to the house wil go down in history as a no, no, no....(8 no's) ;) sorry if you haven't followed the politics.

Pick the two winning teams. Two points for each correct selection.
Predict the score of each game inc after extra time but excluding penalties - 5 points available for each game but only if you predict the correct score.
Select when the first goal will be scored in the Watford v Wolves game if you get within 2 mins either side of it, you will receive 5 points.

So lots of points up for grabs, but very difficult to achieve.

When I have stated in the 28th minute brb - does that mean that

A) It will be 28 minutes + however many seconds?

B) 27 minutes and however many seconds, as strictly speaking, then that is within the 28th minute, as the 28th minute finishes when the 29th begins.



If you could clear this ever so very very minor point up for me, in your otherwise so obviously clearly and superbly run competition, I would be eternally grateful.
Perhaps even so grateful as to stand you 1/2 pint of London Pride shandy, which I believe to be your favourite tipple :).
