Seem to remember last time you played there, pre season friendly I think, there was a load of trouble.
The whole City is grim, there's no pretending otherwise. Pontcanna is the 'nice' bit and it's just a bunch of terraced roads with zero character. Their parks are literally fields. There are no beaches (Splott beach does not count!!), no countryside, and the 'Bay' is featureless and character less. But yeah, some decent cafe's in Canton.
The odd decent place to eat doesn't make up for it being a complete dump. They hired security at train stations over Christmas to stop people who were drunk from travelling. I'm not talking falling over drunk either, saw them stop a group who had just been having a good time and were singing Christmas songs get told to come back in an hour after getting a coffee. Think they might have been hired by Costa or something.
