I agree Dai, I appreciate that he probably didn't mean to do it, but he did so must face the consequences.

Lies what lies? putting words in your mouth, what words? you've been throwing all of it on Hazard with your Swans tinted glasses, the whole situation was started by our ballboys and the FA will be giving directives on this to all clubs now because of the little ****! Try and be objective and see that this situation would never have arisen had we not had a lower league mentality, and allowed this bad cheating practise culture to thrive, this little cheating **** has been doing this for over 6 years! you make me laugh with all your excuses over this issue, focusing on Hazard, when you should be more concerned with us having this cheating culture propagated in young ones, fine ethical principles, to instill in our ballboys, teaching them that to cheat is the right way, we've been caught with our pants down, due to little old Charlie boy/man!.................<ok>

Phil you said I am making excuses for Morgan , now ****ing show me where I made any such thing ? Those are your words not mine!

And of course it's on hazard he kicked him, who the hell should it be on then? He's an adult he takes responsibility for his actions.

And it's rich you saying I have rose tinted glasses on this when you are calling a teenager a cheat and a ****, honestly you need to grow up phil, you are acting like a little kid with this.

We've gained so much admiration for our football, the way our club goes about it's operations, our board, the way we continue our footballing philosophy with each changing manager, the way we unearth super talent for next to nothing, bringing through local talent like Davies, we were starting to become everyone's second team & this utter nugget 'rips it all to shreds'....

    What a f@ckin tool!!!!!

I'm sorry, but this muppet deserves all the derision he's getting. This 'boy' is 17, yes 17, a supposed 'young man' actually!! At that age, I can't even believe it even passed through his head to lie on the ball!! Ridiculously embarrassing, he should squirming every time he hears something about it. I still can't believe it's happened..

This is our centenary year & what way to fully celebrate it to the hilt. Yes, right on cue, we reach our 1st ever major final. Not only have we reached the League cup final, we did by ghosting past a former giant in Liverpool away, we surpassed that by well & truly knocking out the European champions in Chelsea!!! We should have been basking in the glory & plaudits the last 3 day's. Instead we've been denied all that by the action & intentions (tweet), by this idiot....

Yes Hazard did wrong, absolutely. He should not have tried to deal with the situation himself & will be punished!! But he went out on that pitch to play & do the best for his club, that Morgan went out & ended up doing the worst for ours....

    I'm gutted...

That's how I see it too, and I think the great majority of the Jack army do to!...............<ok>

Jager no good saying I'm acting like a kid, that won't wash, try focusing on where the real problem lies, rather than focusing on Hazard, that's my last word on this, other than you should take to heart what flying has posted here, because that's why I'm so furious too, but clearly you don't see it like this, so we'll agree to disagree, I'm not going to go round in stupid circles with you on this one, you blame Hazard all you like, and ignore what we have been up to here!..........<ok>

"The behaviour of ball boys slowing down the return of the ball is not new and happens at other grounds throughout Europe. The problem here is that it was blatant and totally unacceptable behaviour by a member of staff, as that is what ball boys are even if they are not paid. I have supported Swansea for almost 70 years and I am of the opinon that Hazard made an error of judgement by not waiting for the referee to intervene but the authorities are making a huge mistake if they let the club off without a fine. The lack of a fine simply condones such unacceptable behaviour." - Siwn/Switzerland

Ballboys will get a warning from FA in the wake of Eden Hazard affair. Ballboys at all England’s professional clubs are being told to avoid time-wasting or other “inappropriate behaviour” by the Football Association as a result of the Eden Hazard affair, which resulted on Friday in the Chelsea midfielder being charged with misconduct.

By the way I too want our club fined!

Phil answer this, who kicked who ?

That's it end of discussion, you focus on a child if you wish but I will concentrate on who by their actions are responsible for this.

Jager, i agree with you on this, lets remember that footballers kick each other like that and they act like the've been hit with an Axe or something !! charlie has a long way to go to emulate the proper diving cheats of the premier league !!

Look at Djempe Ba diving after 10mins of the game against Ben Davies, if that penalty was given the game would have been totally different and we could well have lost out on a first final, the player that would have been most devasted by this would have been young Ben Daives !!

There was a certain Irony to what happened with ballboy gate, young kids look up to these famous players and copy everything they do,that now includes diving and playing the ref !! if professional players acted correctly and professional this would never have happened !!

There is no need to talk about it anymore as its not our problem now...Its chelsea's.....Hazard made a bad error og judgement that got him sent off for the very first time in his career, He has nothing to do with swansea city as he is a Chelsea player and should now talk if you want to on their board...we have dealt with our part with the ball boy and the matter has been closed....Its chelsea's problem now...

I agree Norway, I likened this to people rounding on the ref when giving a penalty for a dive like Ba did. They slag off the refs and give them ****. Forgetting the fact that it was the player actually cheating to get a goal and possibly to get a player sent off.

Now transfer that to this situation and you can clearly see that again they don't blame the player but a kid who fell over on top of the ball. So what some do, they call him lets see if I remember. A fat Cheat, a rich brat and so on. Yet none of them have ever met him. And they are taking this to extremes that its ruined our reputations and its destroyed everything <doh>

The fact of the matter is that most football supporters don't give a ****, and the ones that do think its funny and focused on Chelsea, they are already calling it the hazard ball boy incident, give it a couple of weeks and it will be forgotten like the fergy outburst about Williams almost killing rvp

So a sense of perspective and reality need to be brought to bare. There's no point castigating somebody for something that didn't happen. I think this video sums it up nicely http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=NEdqTfYMoOc

    1) ball is kicked off field
    2) bounces back off the video panel
    3) boy is in the process of picking up the ball when Hazard arrives.
    4) Boy has his back to Hazard and is pushed down and forward. Lands on top of ball.
    5) Hazard moves to the side, attempts to lift boy of ball, and puts the boot in.
    6) etc

All this happens in a matter of a few seconds, easily less than 5. Now, I can fart for 5 seconds, so where exactly is the time wasting. What the kid meant to do - waste time or not - is irrelevant; he didn't even have time to pick up the ball properly, let alone waste time holding it. He probably had no idea who was coming in behind him. What we do know and can clearly see is he was kicked in the ribs.

Now if you want to castigate the kid for what was tantamount to nothing on his part, berate his appearance, berate him for who his parents are and his connection with the club, and what he tweeted before the game, and generally sink to the level of the dolt who kicked him have at it. But if you really want to make a statement like that have the ****ing balls to walk out from behind your shield in this forum, go up to the clubs's front door and say it to his face.

The player committed violent conduct under the rules of the game. The ref and the FA are taking care of that.

There is a reason that games are played home and away in the league and in some cups, which is that whatever home field advantage and mischief there is evens out. Other than the embarrassment of the moment and the pain the kid encountered, the downside is that our moment of triumph was lost in the noise.

Time to move on and think a little about venting on those that, based on the video don't deserve it, and can't defend themselves ... It's very hard to fart against thunder, but I think the video paints a fair picture.
