Exactly, bonkers! I stopped counting Red white and blue flags after 20. OK, some have a crest BUT France is identical except vertical rather than horizontal.

 

I'll admit I probably wouldn't have spotted it for a while unless it had been pointed out, but now I know it's there I can't stop seeing it.

It's definitely for the Russian backers.

I'm glad they didn't go full American with their liveries initially, but they might have got more American viewers on board with a full stars and stripes car. Doubt this will do the trick.

I've had a soft spot for Haas, but with the whole Mazepin thing, I'm out. Not long before Haas walks and it's team Mazepin.

 

I suspect it's Ferrari, in fact the more I think about it Rich Energy might even buy Ferrari out and rebrand them.

It looks like Sky in UK are covering all sessions on the 3 days live. OK so testing times aren't that representative but it will be interesting to see the cars on the track.

 

Look forward to seeing their real cars and what loopholes these new floor rules have.

 

Think the only thing that's going to have my attention with Haas is how Mick performs. Can he become as good as the old man?

Just realised something. Mazepin can't race under the Russian flag due to the anti doping ban so haas have made a car livery with the Russian flag.

I fear HAAS have made another sponsorship gaff

 

Not a gaff, just working around the spirit of the rules. They know what they're doing, and will probably argue any ressemblance to a Russian flag is coincidental. I hope they get made to change it, but can't see it.

 

Portimao will be back, filling the previously unconfirmed empty calendar slot. Hurrah!

Just seen the Drive To Survive trailer. Seems like a bit more off track footage of drivers training etc.

19th March - 2 weeks today.
So testing 1 week today and then Drive to Survive then first race - all in next 3 weeks
Almost forgot there seems a fair bit of Gunther
