It's really bootiful. The best looking Merc yet?
Sorry . It looks like a mess to me . Maybe when I see it on TV I will change my mind , but as it is it looks like something from TRON.
To me it just looks like another Merc, pretty much sme as last year with a bit more white at the rear.
This feels like a very different car at first glance. Feel like they’ve pushed the boundaries on this one considering it’s the final year of regs.
I wonder if it slightly rocks the boat from their stable and incredible foundation they’ve had- or rather catapults them to their most dominant year yet?
Looks wonderful though does the colour scheme.
Some serious shapes being thrown this year- that rear packaging is awesome.
You say that like it's a bad thing.
Fair comment , but perhaps better suited to 2022 ?
Iove the TRON films FYI
Sorry . Am I missing something ?Honestly I see is a blur .
I think the photos are so dark you can not see real detail, but then anything that matters won't be on display.
Yeah that's not its real floor, they've even darkened the computer images to further hide what's going on down there.
According to the BBC, Mercedes have launched Lewis Hamiltons car? Anybody know when Bottas's is coming out?
Livery looks a bit... messy. Seems like 33% split of ideas. What's happened to the Lauda red arrow?
Edit. I've found it
Here it is.
I know the render has the 44 on it, but come on Benson, you aren't helping yourself.
In the launch vid they have even said the floor isn't the one they will be using as they don't want competitors starting to copy till last possible moment at testing!!
The rear end does look very well packaged - I hope they have their cooling right. Good thing testing is in the sun!
Don't know if it was just me but Lewis didn't seem that with it, almost like he has lost a bit of enthusiasm.
Can't help buy thinking/hoping that Red Bull and Ferrari might give them a good run for their money this year but with budget caps and 2022 big design changes might be interesting towards end of season.
Alpine launch now on....
Well supposed to start at 3pm ......
It's probably just me but if their choppy feed is anything to go by Alpine is under funded
No Alonso!!! I know he had his accident but I did expect some words from him.
Yeah they announced beforehand he wouldn't be doing any media engagement until Bahrain. Presumably speaking is painful for him, and he'll take any opportunity to avoid media work!
