everyone has done it at one point but yes the slower teams always seem to get in the way. Most commonly with the closing speed when im laping them during the race.
The trick online is to stay calm in the first lap and especially the first corner. Be prepared to yield if necessary and then let the online rammers take each other out. That way, you'll either be leading or be very close to the lead. In general, the one's who survive the first lap onslaught predominantly race clean (until the last few corners of the last lap).
Was just reading an article that linked to the muzz606 site and just saw that PMC is causing his usual chaos on that site as well.
looks like hes burning out. hopefully we might hear on the news he has been found unconcious (I wouldnt wish death on anybody) battered brused and abused tossed onto the side of the M4
Finally got this game the other day and man do i suck so far. I can't understand why im finding it so much harder than 2010. Where i was winning with all assists off on Legend AI and on this game im 1.5 seconds off my teammate having lowered the difficulty and put on traction control. It must be more different than i was giving it credit for.
Ive started playing but I also got a stearing wheel for the xbox so learning that at the same time. did an exibition race and it threw me in at the deep end with heavy rain!
The game is really weird for me - Im with Sauber at the momment and have it on legend AI and I can just about get into the top 10 of qualifying on most tracks in the dry and during the race I fly round and its too easy ? Its quite annoying, I like a bit of a challenge. Secondly, when it rains, I find that I loose so much more time than everyone else and when its inbetween intermediate and dry conditions, everyone puts on dry tyres and sets dry lap times but when I do im spinning all over the show.
I have it for PC and when the AI is on slicks with a damp track and still doing hot laps it drives me mad! If I try that, I'm heading for a quick visit to the kitty litter.
Yep, as I suspected, the 3DS version is nothing more than F1 2009 (Wii) with a facelift. It doesn't have half the features that Xbox would have, the graphics are worse than F1 2009, so are the controls. The only good differences about it are new drivers, the absence of Bahrain and the inclusion of my favourite F1 track Montreal, as well as India and Korea. I think I'll stick to Mario Kart
I have the PC version and it's a fun game, but that's all it is, a game. I haven't played it too much yet, but I too find it a little too easy. The wet is fun, but I've not noticed that the computer cars are much quicker than me in the wet. Certainly fun and worth a purchase.
