like I've asked many people name a game he made subs that changed the game??? also the writing is on the wall for him and in time you will see that I'm right, however what really stings me is the fact you will deny me that right.

I've got more knowledge of football than you will ever ever have but the funny thing is about stupid people is that they always make the assumption that if they dont understand something a person says that they are wrong. I understand people want stabilty but that comes only when a manager provides it. Time will tell on this one but I think if we stick with him it wont get better - perhaps I'll be wrong but I bet you he never gets his subs right.

No I've never known anything like it mate his reading of games is totally ludicrous and I think he thinks hes clever - he clearly hasn't got the required ability that good manager have.

The fact is if he gets them right from the start great, however when he doesn't he makes them worse not better. I fact in some games we looked like getting points or maybe win he changes things and makes them worse. I'm serious about this and I watch every game 3 times .

 

His subs are poor. I do think if he had decent players to bring on he would. We have 11 first team players and that's it. We lack strength in depth.

Secondly, as I said earlier, he plays players who train hard and are committed to the cause, which is probably we have had such a good team spirit and achieved what we did last season.

Tactically, the subs are baffling, but I am more worried by our poor set pieces and now poor defending of set pieces. The free kick to Willo has never worked, in 2 years. It makes me die a little inside when I see it.

pardew never has a plan b and he never makes the right substitutions

 

He did for us on loads of occasions last season. Tweaked formations, made good subs loads of times which won us games. Been not so good this season it has to be said but still have plenty of faith in him and the players.

Pardew has been ****e this season. He changes formations so much there is simply no chance any player gets any continuity and familiarity. Truth be told, players wise, I don't think he has much choice, Willo is his 2nd best defender in the team and he's total ****e. Gotta wait till the window to address it. Which leads to the question why didn't they address it this past window.

Anyway, I think give him time, but I don't see our results changing and we're deeply entrenched in a relegation battle this season.
