F.A. Cup 5th round - Norwich vs Leicester

One man cannot carry the rest of the defence. We got Russell Martin from Peterborough when they were bottom of the Championship and he couldn't get in the team. He's now a first team regular in the Premier League.

 

Isnt he a right back? Surely he doesnt get in ahead of Naughton. Naughton is miles better

 

How can you say who's better in our team??

 

Because i have seen alot of Naughton and i have seen Martin play for Peterborough a few times.

People always argue who is better Messi or Ronaldo but because they dont play for their team they not allowed an opinion

 

He's playing centre back most of the time.

I remember this game last season and you lot going on about how you had the best team, you had erikson and you hadn't lost at home under him. You underestimate us and look what happened, you got out played and beaten by a much superior side who are now plying there trade in the prem. What on earth makes you think you are better than us now??

As individual players you team really isnt that good. If you want to delude yourselves and think it is thats fine. But as a team you have a very good team and thats why you doing so well.

Put it this way and yes i know it doesnt mean alot but it proves my point. Before this season how many of your players have played in the prem on a regular and consistent basis?

i spent some of this morning with a watford fan who went to your game on tuesday. he was quite impressed with leicester to be fair and didn't feel you deserved to lose the match. i mentioned your comments and he practically pissed himself.

Back on topic. Realistically there are only three Leicester players that would make it into our 18-man match day squad: Bamba- I watched the ACN final and he did look good; Wellens- he was highly rated last season and would be a strong addition to our rotating midfield; and Nugent would make a decent back-up striker while Vaughan finds his fitness. The rest of your team simply aren't good enough

Schmeichel would get in your team. Nugent is better then a Vaughan but Vaughan is decent but too injury prone. Konchesky would get in your team and Matt Mills would. Wellens wouldnt anymore though and if Beckford plays like he is recently he would.
