It will be good to see Naughton. He was a class act for us and showed his prem quality. I hope he does play but he is always a threat going forward. It will be interesting seeing if he goes forward as much as he did for us if he has Lloyd Dyer running at him because Dyer has serious pace like Naughton

 

nathan dyer wasn't a problem!

 

Not many people are a problem for him. While he isnt the greatest defender in the world his pace gets him out of trouble.

 

i think defensively naughton has been outstanding to be honest so maybe he's improved that side of his game.

 

His defending was bad but could have been better at time for us.

But attacking he was superb. He smashed in some right beauty's too

 

All you need is permission from Tottenham, We had the same with Nathan Delfouneso. Villa wouldnt let him play and now they have been knocked out they are letting him play tommorow

 

It depends on the terms of the loan. Maybe there was an agreement in there that they could recall him in Jan so they didnt want him cup tied. And now they cant recall him there is no reason to stop him playing

The BBC are now saying Naughton can play

 

Schmeichal and Beckford would get in the Norwich team that is about it to be honest, don't care what you say Schmeichal will no doubt.

 

schmeichel wouldn't get in ahead of ruddy. ruddy is on the verge of the england squad and is expected to go to euro 2012! schmeichel has loads of weaknesses in his game but he is a very good shot stopper... mind you, thats the least you expect from a keeper! as for beckford, don't make me laugh. you really think he's ahead of any of holt, morison or jackson?

i know! they really seem to rate schmeichel. must admit i thought he was poor last season for leeds - couldn't believe it when they splashed out £1m on him!! maybe he's improved dramatically but i'm sorry - there is no way beckford would be anywhere near our team!!!

 

Neither of the ex Leeds players mentioned are good enough to play in our Norwich starting 11........fact.

 

Schmeichel is not a bad keeper but he would not be ahead of ruddy. Beckford scored, what was it 10 goals last season for Everton? Holt has already more than that and morison is one off, and they do a lot more for the team other than sulk...

 

beckford isn't even really cutting it in the championship. lots of potential but his head is usually somewhere else. i felt there were better strikers in league one than him when he was grabbing all the headlines! holt and austin for two...

agree schmeichel is ok but he is nowhere near as good as the leicester fans are suggesting. they have some good championship players but no one who leaps out at you and you think - yeah, they could be a star in the premier league.

leicester should be doing much better than they are though!
