It seems the lad has ruptured his Achilles tendon and will be out till 2022.

Feel desperately sorry for him.
Just as he was winning plaudits for his performances.

Just the day before, the pundits were saying how he was becoming Palaces most important player; another season at Palace and he would go to a really big club; he definitely would be in the first post Euro2020 England squad.

Sounds a really bad tear and in training too
So sad for Eze, he seems the model professional and not previously injury prone.

Like you Col, I so hope he comes back as good as new

Yes & been watching his progress & is certainly the main playmaker in the palace side, that’s a really bad injury to have & done in training!!

Sad to hear. Hope he comes back stronger. Bad week for Palace, losing their manager too, who has played a huge part in keeping them in the Prem.

That's a real hammer-blow to finish what had been a fantastic first PL season. He's a battler and he'll need that to come back from this, all the best for a full recovery...
