they will be no good again soon anyway because bacteria is evolving … bacteria is the true ruler of the planet and the real apex predator !!!
Hmmm I'm not really sure why that guy got involved. He was walking down the street, he was not driving - hence the backpack, and they were not blocking what appeared his obvious path.
It wasn't his place to do anything, it's down to law enforcement. Watch the clip, he was walking down the street with a back pack on, directly passing from behind them. If you look at his body language, he weighed up the odds, then assulted the kids, by snatching the flag out of their hands, and by tampering with the camera, he has no legal right to be touching them.
They have no legal right doing it, as I thought they were banned. Maybe he's had enough and was held up by them on public transport earlier. Good on him anyway.
What they do will divide opinion but I wonder how tough he would be if there were men there his size willing to fight back.
Maybe the bloke had previously been held up by them and his frustration spilled over when he seen them holding more people up. It happens. Where these guys are going wrong is that they're trying to disrupt the general publics lives. I've just seen a picture on Facebook of that activist who tried to hold the train up. He's in hospital with broken bones because they kicked **** out of him. I understand how frustrating it is rushing to get into work or to make a doctors appointment and I've got very little tolerance for people trying to hold me up or going slow when I'm trying to hurry past them. They need to stick to protesting in big fields or city centres where they aren't going to disrupt people and save themselves from one beating after another.
I think the Extinction Rebellion need to be more organised. It appears from what i can gather some of these events are random, by random people, and as we have seen this week, if you hold random events that directly impact on people's lives, then it leads to the possibility of creating a bad reaction. If people know the events are going to happen, then at least you can plan around it. Imagine going to a hospital appointment, the chances of getting that appointment rearranged could involve weeks of waiting, hence stuff like that is a direct impact. And that's only a very small sample of a mulitude of reasons for incurring anger.
