    Is that really the most important thing right now? Loads of stories of parents going to pick up kids after the concert. Anyway, this is truly horrible news to wake up to and my thoughts and prayers are with those affected. Hope all our posters based in Manchester are safe.

    The way that's his question rather than 'why would someone do this?' or 'how does someone get an explosive device into a major arena?' says a lot. If you're a 14 year old kid going to a concert the last thing you want is your dad alongside you. Parents drop kids off somewhere they hope is safe with security on site that they know they won't leave for 3 hours and then pick them up again.

    Just confirmed by @gmpolice spokesman - arena attack was suicide bomber acting alone carrying IED. Death toll now up to 22. Unbeliably sad.

    This is horrific, How the hell can you wake up in a morning with these intentions? Knowing what you are about to do?. As has been said earlier there is no room for any light hearted posts on here.

    Same , I've got a few concerts coming up this year , including one at Manchester , people keep saying they won't win etc, but they are winning , don't feel safe anywhere ..RIP to all involved
