With 2 extra DNFs, Lewis still finished over a full race win infront of Jenson. Lewis has dominated GPs in 2010 (canada & belgium) - dominated meaning setting the fastest times/poles etc. What has jenson done? Any poles? Did he ever dominate a weekend? -NO. Korea for button was embaressing. Jenson has only won the 2 races in exactly the same fashion - gamble on tyres once hes being overtaken on the field. As far as I saw....Lewis did thrash button. The rules for 2011 (tyres) are being favoured towards jenson's BORING style. Thanks to the FIA they think its better to watch these quick drivers curb their exciting aggression just to try and drive around like Jenson 'miss Marple' Button. Even IF (a big IF)jenson finishes in front of Lewis - It doesnt mean jenson is better NO CHANCE. It just means that the rules have been manipulated to favour a certain driver's style, and the properties of true racing being phased out (aggression, wheel to wheel fighting, driving on the edge of driver skill & speed). -I dont want to see drivers trundling around saving their tyres by being less aggressive - after all its the aggression that increase our pulses when watching - not sitting there thinking "WOW...look at how they are saving their tyres!"
If Button wins a race its because he has done better than everyone else, the same as it is for every other racer Looking forward to seeing what strategies are used in Q3 in order to have better race pace. Top 10 will have a few surprises, I hope
