If Samba wants to go, he will go. They arent rich enough to be able to let him rot in the reserves. I agree with should get Alex no matter what. Same with Onouha who can play anywhere along the back line.
Sky Bet Update: Chris Samba is now 1/3 to sign for QPR after a number of bets in the last hour on the Blackburn defender reuniting with Mark Hughes at Loftus Road. Click here for our Transfer Specials.
Agree with flyer. If he says he wants to leave, he'll leave. Blackburn just want to 'look' like their doing their bit to keep him. This will now put the heat on samba. Do Blackburn want a key player not performing, jeopardising their survival hopes and p*ssing away a handsome transfer fee at the same time? I think not.

By CHRIS WHEELER Last updated at 10:45 PM on 12th January 2012 Blackburn manager Steve Kean will hold talks with Chris Samba to determine if his captain is in the right frame of mind to face Fulham after the Congo defender indicated he wants to leave Ewood Park. Samba, 27, is said to be concerned that Blackburn are pricing him out of a move after Queens Park Rangers had an offer of £6.5million rejected. Tottenham and Paris Saint-Germain are also interested, and Samba admitted in an interview in France that he would welcome a return to the country of his birth. He accused Blackburn of breaking promises to him and failing to progress under owners Venkyâs. âIâll get it translated and Iâll have a chat with him about it,â said Kean. âWeâll hopefully get him in the right frame of mind to continue to play here. Heâs not for sale. Iâll be telling him that. Heâs in the middle of a long contract. Iâll listen to anything that has changed in Chrisâs head and Iâll pass it on to the owners.â Venkyâs are reluctant to sell their most important player in the middle of a relegation battle, but are under pressure from Barclays to pay off half the clubâs £20m debt and might consider offers of £10m-plus.
