Agreed...He's never looked convincing to me as an out and out right winger. He never really looks like he'll give the full back a good roasting. I would like to see him stay for sure. i Agree he could be better used in a more central role maybe in the hole.

Waggy works hard scores goals creates goals what more do you want him to do.

He`s a work horse and vital to the team,Reidy was more of a show pony, and Waggy scoring record last season was decent for a wide player

Didn't rate Reid as he did it one game in 10
Waggy is more consistent than Reid .. but that's not really saying much is it

Maybe the introduction of some new wingers will gee him up a bit

When he's on form he's great - just a shame we only saw this sporadically last season

Neither are good enough on a consistent basis from the wing... Benson really suffered from poor service from these guys last year and we can't afford for Hayes/BWP to suffer the same. Waggy does have a great finish though and agree that up front (and reserve RW) there is certainly a place for him. Reid, like Lee Martin, obviously has talent and some great touches... that goal he scored on his last appearance was the kind of surging run and shot we've missed for years.. but it was far too sporadic and we need consistency to get out of this league. This year should be all about result, result, result... tight defence with a consistent stream of goals coming from those in front of them. Reid doesn't fit this in any way.

kish..as franco says, of course opinion is completely valid and i do not equate your constructive criticism as "boo boy". however, id like to pick up on the racon/mccormack point. regardless of respective abilities (racon some mccormack none lol), i can understand dropping a player you want rid of, thats out of contract and was only trying to play to get himself a move. mccormack, like it or not, has another year left. even if he was playing him in the hope that someone comes in for him, still makes more sense than playing racon.

wagstaff....this season will be the making of him . total confidence player

Think the point is valid, CR, but McCormack was just woeful and no excuse justified his continued reappearance in the side on the basis of those performances. I'd rather have seen a youngster given the chance in the middle to play for his future.
